ENZACTA INTERNATIONAL, LLC (hereafter “the Company”) assures you we will do all in our power to protect your privacy and to protect your personal information that it may collect or use.
This Privacy Policy intends to inform you as to all types of information that may be collected by the Company either through website or when you become enrolled as an Independent Business Owner (“IBO”) or customer, how all collected information will be collected will be used by the Company and any other entities with whom this information may be shared.
Notice of Collection of Information
We may ask you for personally-identifiable information (names, mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers, bank information in relation to automatic deposit/debits, etc.) either on the website or through IBO applications and agreements. We hope you will provide us with this information. However, if you do not want to disclose all such information, do not submit this information. This means, however, that we will not be able to provide certain services to you if you choose to do so.
At times the Company may also collect non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, etc. This information may be collected and analyzed in order to improve your browsing experience on the website.
Use of Information
The Company may use the information for a variety of purposes. The Company reserves the right to use the information in any way allowed by this privacy policy, the website terms of use , the Company’s policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations. We predict the following uses:
Website Visitors
We may use collected information to add you to our email subscription list, provide your name to IBO owners in connection with your expressed interest in our product(s), analyze statistics and other market trends in order to enhance the operation of the website or otherwise provide you information regarding services, content and advertisements and promotional materials related to the Company and other companies.
Customers
Information about customers may be used by the Company for the task of customer service, including confirming and fulfilling all orders, for shipping purposes, and or other payments or matters relating to payment disputes or other problems with dispatchers and other providers of service.
IBO Owners
Information about IBOs will be used to provide services to the IBOs. Such services include the calculation of bonuses and earnings, training on new products or services and ensuring compliance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
ADDITIONAL OFFERS
The Company has or has had relationships with other businesses and such relationships may arise in the future. The Company reserves the right to share or otherwise allow access to information that is collected about you that will allow business partners to contact you regarding services that may be of interest to you.
TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS
The Company may at any time employ third party vendors to perform functions on the Company's behalf. These functions include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, administrative email, processing credit card payments and otherwise providing customer services. These vendors are under contractual obligation with the Company to use confidential data received from the Company only for purposes that match the purposes for which the vendor was hired.
The Company may disclose information about you when there is reasonable cause to bring about legal action against persons who may be harming you, the Company or others. We may also disclose information when requested by law enforcement.
Genealogy Reports, including the information stored with respect to an IBO’s downline, including, but not limited to, name, address, identification number(s), email address, fax number, level or rank, earnings and volume statistics, etc., are provided to the IBO in the strictest confidence and for the sole purpose of supporting the IBO’s further development of the IBO’s business plan as it pertains to the Company's product(s). (The downline organization contains all IBOs either personally sponsored by an IBO or those sponsored by their sponsored IBOs.)
All data included within the Genealogy reports constitutes confidential, proprietary trade secrets of the Company. IBOs may not collect, distribute or gather confidential, aggregate or personal information about other independent IBOs of the Company except in connection with their downline and solely for promoting their business, including the management, training and motivation of their downline.
Not all IBOs are situated within the United States. Please confirm that privacy protection of a similar level is available in your own country. The Company, however, will make reasonable efforts to ensure information is kept confidential.
